HealthFirst Family Care Center is proud to celebrate 30 years of providing accessible, compassionate healthcare to the communities we serve.
Since becoming a Federally Qualified Health Center in 1996, HealthFirst has continued to grow and evolve to meet the changing healthcare needs of our patients and communities. Today, HealthFirst serves more than 8,000 patients from 29 rural New Hampshire communities, providing comprehensive primary care and a growing range of services designed to support the whole person.
While much has changed over three decades, our commitment to our patients has remained at the center of everything we do.
HealthFirst’s mission is rooted in dedication, respect, and compassion for our patients and one another, with the goal of inspiring hope and advancing the health and well-being of our patients, community, and staff. That mission continues to guide us as we look toward the future.
This milestone belongs to the many people who have been part of HealthFirst’s story over the past 30 years — our patients and families who place their trust in us, the employees and providers who have dedicated themselves to our mission, our community partners, and everyone who has supported HealthFirst along the way.
