Your HealthFirst team is led by your Primary Care Provider (PCP) and may include nurses, medical assistants, counselors, and/or nutritionists, as well as specialists from other agencies.

We realize that providing primary care services is much more than just providers and facilities. Quality of care, customer service, disease management, value and convenience are also key parts of the service delivery process. HealthFirst Family Care Center emphasizes providing access to primary care services to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay and works with our community partners to achieve our mission.
Providing Integrated Care
We provide care, compassion, and support to the whole person. By providing integrated health care we join our mental health, substance use disorder, primary health care, and care coordinators to create an effective approach towards caring for people in need.
Offering Payment Solutions
HealthFirst will never deny access to services because of one’s inability to pay. Should you be experiencing financial hardship, we will gladly discuss our discounted sliding fee scale, which is available based on family size and income.
Our Community Resource Specialists will assist you with options to reduce your out-of-pocket costs. The Community Resource Specialist will review your current income status and help guide you to options like, Health Insurance through the Market Place, NH Easy programs, Medicaid, and our sliding fee discount program.

Victoria Nichols is an incredible provider. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to listen to our concerns without making us feel rushed. She explains everything thoroughly, answers all of our questions, and always makes us feel like our family is receiving the best possible care.
The entire office deserves recognition as well. The receptionists are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The nurses are compassionate and professional, and every interaction has been a positive one. One thing that really stands out is how responsive the office is through the patient portal. Whenever we send a message, we receive a response very quickly, which provides so much peace of mind, especially as parents with a young child.
