HealthFirst’s mission and the CEO’s vision are what drew me here. What I didn’t expect was the incredible culture, the amazing support from my manager, and the wonderful friendships I have made here. It is heartwarming being with other mission-minded people who are passionate about making a difference and having FUN while doing it. Every single position at HealthFirst contributes in some way to the overall mission. While my role is “behind the scenes,” I feel like I am part of something much bigger. The paycheck is nice, the benefits are great, but the goosebumps you get knowing what you’ve helped accomplish are simply the best.

I love working at HealthFirst for many reasons,… when you walk down the halls of our clinic, more likely than not, you can hear laughter coming from the exam rooms. Our clinical staff and providers know our patients personally and always greet them with smiles and exuberant conversation. The atmosphere at HealthFirst is warm, casual, and welcoming; this is not the case in larger medical facilities. I always recommend HealthFirst to people for these reasons and to those who are looking for whole-person care as we have Nutrition and Behavioral Services all under one roof.
