I have been going here since 2019 and LOVE my MAT staff. They have been there through all of my ups and downs and helped me get and stay sober. Without them, I wouldn’t be here. I love the front desk staff and have only had issues with one Dr that no longer works there. The reason I took 2 stars off is because of the turn over. I have not had a PCP scheduled to me since April, because mine left (again). I also have been through multiple counselors and it is exhausting getting to know someone new and finding out they are leaving months down the road. I’m not happy. The MAT staff and program are incredible and the Dr only changed once since I have started. I feel in limbo with no PCP and knowing my counselor is leaving in a few weeks.

Absolutely love Jennifer. She's the best. She's a first doctor that listens to me takes care of me. I never have to worry at 64 years old. I'm tired of people that didn't listen to me. She's a healthcare provider that takes care of my needs. Takes care of all of them. Make sure I get the doctors that I need when I need them. If I need a specialist. She is wonderful. I love health. First. I recommend it to anybody. If you're looking for a good doctors. Go to health first and Jennifer is an awesome awesome nurse practitioner there

Dr. Wojcik is a most excellent doctor whom I trust 100 percent. Extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk with and a great manner in all aspects of her profession.
(On a side note, Kaitlyn is one of the best nurses I've known as well.)

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Health First Family Care and Victoria Nichols. Our entire family goes here—myself, my fiancé, and our son—and we have had nothing but positive experiences every single time.
Victoria Nichols is an incredible provider. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to listen to our concerns without making us feel rushed. She explains everything thoroughly, answers all of our questions, and always makes us feel like our family is receiving the best possible care.
The entire office deserves recognition as well. The receptionists are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The nurses are compassionate and professional, and every interaction has been a positive one. One thing that really stands out is how responsive the office is through the patient portal. Whenever we send a message, we receive a response very quickly, which provides so much peace of mind, especially as parents with a young child.
It is rare to find a medical practice where every member of the team consistently goes above and beyond, but Health First Family Care truly does. We always feel respected, cared for, and confident that our health is in great hands.
We highly recommend Health First Family Care to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality healthcare, and we especially recommend Victoria Nichols. We are so grateful to have found such an amazing provider and office for our family’s healthcare needs.

Lisa Baker is always wonderful and I am beyond pleased with h the care she gives me.. She listens and helps handle my problems. I have been a patient at Health First for approximately a year. Now. I'm retired but my career history is in medicine, being a former family practice manager in Maine. Maine. I do know quality Care from not cell quality Care. I couldn't be happier with Health First in general and particularly Jennifer Tichich. It's amazing, particularly in this age of less than personalized in quality healthcare to find a provider. So caring, thorough, intelligent and willing to work with you. You you for your complete Health Care. Many services are available through their office. I'm so happy that I found them.

My visit today was urgent. They found a spot right away. The provider was prompt and new what she was doing. The receptionist with the dark hair and glasses it's either Jennifer or Jessica was absolutely amazing as she always is, caring and so very special. I would love it if someone can recognize her. Some of the other ones are snappy.

Alyssa Albro sn’t the type of provider who hands out prescriptions just because someone asks. She’s direct, knowledgeable, and focused on doing what’s best for her patients. Sometimes that means hearing what you need to hear instead of what you want to hear. I respect her honesty and her commitment to providing quality care. She genuinely wants the best outcomes for her patients, and it shows. if it’s diabetes that you require care then i highly recommend you go see her if you have an issue with pain management you’re going to most likely be referred out and if make demands on her that are clearly not reasonable or think you can somehow dupe her than you are probably not gonna like what she tells you, if you truly just need decent primary care from someone who cares then look no further but she’s not going to coddle you if that’s what you’re use to keep shopping!

Isabel Watts is an excellent practitioner.

Dr Wojcik is my primary care physician at Health First. She is always attentive and fully answers all my questions. Tests and blood work are routinely ordered and advice given to enable me to live my best life! I am happy and blessed to call her my doctor!

JENNIFER Is absolutely the best she listens, she respectful. She is super kind hearted and soft spoken. I love that about her. She doesn’t over talk you. She really listens to you. If you have any concerns she’s easy to contact. She would do her best to make sure she takes care of your needs and everything that it is you may be worried about. I honestly wouldn’t see anybody else besides JENNIFER. I absolutely love her.

Health First meets all of my expectations. The front desk staff are courteous, helpful, prompt and friendly. The medical staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Watto is excellent. He answers all of my questions and finds relevant information if needed. I have high respect for his ‘treat the whole body’ and his common sense approach to medicine.
