I have been a patient at Health First for approximately a year. Now. I'm retired but my career history is in medicine, being a former family practice manager in Maine. Maine. I do know quality Care from not cell quality Care. I couldn't be happier with Health First in general and particularly Jennifer Tichich. It's amazing, particularly in this age of less than personalized in quality healthcare to find a provider. So caring, thorough, intelligent and willing to work with you. You you for your complete Health Care. Many services are available through their office. I'm so happy that I found them.

My visit today was urgent. They found a spot right away. The provider was prompt and new what she was doing. The receptionist with the dark hair and glasses it's either Jennifer or Jessica was absolutely amazing as she always is, caring and so very special. I would love it if someone can recognize her. Some of the other ones are snappy.

Dr Wojcik is my primary care physician at Health First. She is always attentive and fully answers all my questions. Tests and blood work are routinely ordered and advice given to enable me to live my best life! I am happy and blessed to call her my doctor!

JENNIFER Is absolutely the best she listens, she respectful. She is super kind hearted and soft spoken. I love that about her. She doesn’t over talk you. She really listens to you. If you have any concerns she’s easy to contact. She would do her best to make sure she takes care of your needs and everything that it is you may be worried about. I honestly wouldn’t see anybody else besides JENNIFER. I absolutely love her.

Health First meets all of my expectations. The front desk staff are courteous, helpful, prompt and friendly. The medical staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Watto is excellent. He answers all of my questions and finds relevant information if needed. I have high respect for his ‘treat the whole body’ and his common sense approach to medicine.
