HealthFirst Family Care Center strives to make accessing health care as smooth a process as possible. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we work with most major insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare, and we offer a discounted sliding fee scale for patients who qualify — because no one should have to choose between their health and their budget.
Insurance Coverage
HealthFirst accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. For services such as behavioral health, nutrition, or psychiatric care, it's always a good idea to call your insurance company ahead of time to confirm the service is covered.
Below is a list of insurance plans we commonly accept. If your plan isn't listed, we will still submit a claim on your behalf; however, we can't guarantee coverage or payment. Patients are responsible for any balance not covered by insurance. Please contact your insurance company directly to confirm your coverage.
