HealthFirst is Expanding
We are excited to share that HealthFirst Family Care Center is growing to better serve our community. We’ve recently acquired the building adjacent to our current health center, allowing us to expand access to essential services beginning in spring 2026. This project will strengthen our ability to provide comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, community resource support, and nutrition services to the 29 rural townships we proudly serve across the Lakes Region. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we remain committed to promoting health, wellness, and disease prevention through accessible screenings, urgent care, chronic disease management, and whole‑family wellness services.
To bring this expansion to life, we are inviting community partners to join us in supporting a healthier future for the region. Sponsorship opportunities—including naming rights for key areas within the new facility—offer a meaningful way to make a lasting impact while helping enhance the quality of care available to local families. Your support strengthens our mission and ensures that individuals of all ages can continue to access high‑quality medical, behavioral health, and social services close to home.
