We are thrilled to share exciting news about the growth of our community health center! We’ve recently acquired a building adjacent to our health center which will allow us to expand our services to meet the growing needs of our community. Beginning in the spring of 2025, this expansion project will enable us to provide increased access to essential services such as primary care, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, community resource support, and nutrition services.

A bit about us… HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc., is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering services in offices located in Laconia, Franklin, and Canaan, NH and we proudly serve 29 rural townships: Alexandria, Andover, Ashland, Belmont, Boscawen, Bridgewater, Bristol, Canaan, Center Harbor, Danbury, Dorchester, Enfield, Franklin, Gilford, Gilmanton, Grafton, Groton, Hebron, Hill, Laconia, Meredith, Moultonborough, New Hampton, Northfield, Orange, Salisbury, Sanbornton, Sandwich, and Tilton. We promote health, wellness, and disease prevention through various health screenings, such as breast and cervical cancer. Our providers are available for all your urgent medical care needs, such as sore throats, sutures, sprains, strains, digestive problems, heart disease, neurology, dermatology, gynecology, lung disease, psychiatry, podiatry, infectious disease, and more. We provide wellness care through annual physicals, sports physicals, DOT physicals, and well-child checks. You, your children, parents, and grandparents now have access to medical care, social services, behavioral health counseling, and nutritional counseling all in one place for your convenience.
