Kenna came to HealthFirst as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor intern and is now employed as a Behavioral Health Specialist. Kenna received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Colby-Sayer College with a double minor in Child Development and Writing. Kenna is currently finishing her Master of Science for Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Substance Use Counseling from Plymouth State. She is also pursuing certification in Trauma Therapy and Telehealth Counseling from Professional Education Systems Institute (PESI). Kenna uses an eclectic trauma informed approach when working with clients to meet them where they are at and is credentialed to work with clients of all ages. She specializes in anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, and mood disorders. When not in the office, Kenna enjoys writing, reading, and going to the lake.
